Comedians Christopher Titus and Donnie Baker will perform at Saginaw’s Court Street Theater

SAGINAW, MI — A local theater will host two comedy acts over the course of three nights beginning later this month.

Stand-up comedians Donnie Baker and Christopher Titus will perform at the Court Street Theater on Thursday and Saturday March 31 and April 2, respectively.

Baker’s show ends at 8 p.m. Thursday. Titus plans to take the stage at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at 1216 Court.

General admission tickets are $25 and VIP tickets – placing the audience within 15 rows of the stage – are $40.

In addition to performing on comedy stages, Titus earned several credits in movies and TV shows. IMDb lists his first screen credit on the 1988 cult classic, “Killer Klowns From Outer Space.” He earned his own Fox TV show, “Titus,” which aired 54 episodes from 2000 to 2002. His other credits include the TV shows “21 Jump Street,” “CSI: Miami,” and “Rizzoli & Isles.”

Titus has released seven comedy albums and six comedy specials which air regularly on the Comedy Central television network.

He is also the co-host of a weekly comedy podcast, “Armageddon Update”.

Baker is the “redneck” alter ego of comedian Ron Sexton, whose TV credits include appearances on the TV version of “The Bob and Tom Show.” Sexton is known for his comedic impressions of Charles Barkley, Tony Soprano and Morgan Freeman.
