Netflix wrapped up its celebration of Geeked Week on Friday with a look at the gaming side of entertainment. Among its myriad announcements, the streamer unveiled a new game based on the fantasy hit Grishaverse. shadow and bone. Title Shadow and Bone: Destiniesthe game puts players in the shoes of their favorite characters across the Grishaverse in a single-player role-playing game filled with tough decisions that define the course of your adventure.
This is the perfect time to hit the shadow and bone setting for a new game as Season 2 just wrapped production. Additionally, the series’ fantasy setting creates an intriguing universe to explore in depth within the context of an RPG, albeit a mobile one. Very little was shown about the game during the presentation as it is currently in the early stages of development, but it comes from Chimera Entertainment, whose previous games include the angry Birds RPG Angry Birds epic and Angry Bird Evolution. The emphasis is on it being a narrative experience defined by the decisions made in its story.

Along with Li, shadow and bone also includes Ben Barnes, Archie Renaux, Freddy Carter, Amita Souman, Young Kit, Danielle Gilligan, Calahan Skogman, Sujaya Dasguptaand Julien Kostov with Patrick Gibson, Jack Wolf, Lewis Tanand Anna Leong Brophy join the show in Season 2. Bola Ogun, Laura Belsey, Karen Gaviolaand Mairzee Almas were all tapped to direct the eight-episode second season which Eric Heisserer and Daegan Fryklind as co-showrunners, writers and executive producers alongside Bardugo, Shawn Levy, Josh Barry, Dan Levinand Dan Cohen for 21 rounds of entertainment, Pouya Shahbazian for Loom Studios, and Shelley meal.
Shadow and Bone: Destinies continues Netflix’s push into the mobile games market that began in November when the new service launched. Since then, the streamer has drawn from the universes of Esoteric, foreign things, Explosive kittens, and more for games. games for Too hot to handle, The Queen’s Betand Money Heist were also unveiled during Geeked Week.
