The organizers of the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers have presented the results of the draw for the group stage of the championship. According to its results, teams OpTic Gaming, Cloud9 and Sentinels entered Group B, where they will play four tickets for the competition playoffs.
Group A:
- The Guard, TSM, XSET, NRG, Ghost Gaming and 100 Thieves.
Group B:
- OpTic Gaming, Cloud9, Sentinels, FaZe Clan, Luminosity Gaming and Evil Geniuses.
The group stage of the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers will be held as a round-robin format. All meetings will be held in BO3 format. The top three teams from each group will advance to the playoffs, where they will compete for the main prize – two tickets to VCT 2022: Stage 2 Masters.
VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 2 Challengers Prize Pool Breakdown in North America:
- 1st place: $50,000 + place in VCT 2022: Level 2 Masters.
- 2nd place: $32,000 + place in VCT 2022: Level 2 Masters.
- 3rd prize: $26,000
- 4th prize: $20,000
- 5th-6th place: $14,000.
- 7th-8th place: $10,000.
- 9th-10th place: $6,000.
- 11th-12th place: $6,000.

VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers will take place online from May 13 through June 26. Twelve teams from North America will compete for a $200,000 prize pool, leaderboard points, and two tickets to the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 2 Masters, which would take place in Berlin.
