Who can Manchester United face in the Europa League play-offs?

Manchester United overthrew Real Sociedad on Thursday night but unfortunately for the Red Devils a single goal was not enough to top the group.

Sociedad complete the Europa League group stage as Group E winners and as a result, second-placed United will be forced into the knockout stages.

One of the positives of the evening was that 18-year-old academy graduate Alejandro Garnacho, who made his senior debut for the club only last week, scored his first goal for the Reds and was assisted by his favorite player, Cristiano Ronaldo. He then celebrated by imitating Ronaldo’s last celebration.

The draw will take place on Monday, November 7, and the round of 16 qualifiers will take place on February 16 and 23. If successful, the round of 16 will begin on March 9.
